About Dr. Ashley Blaine
Thank you for taking time to learn more about me and my practice. Since starting my career over 15 years ago, my passion has been working with people at the intersection of emotional and physical health. Collaborating with patients and their families to improve their quality of life and meet their goals is the focus of Wildflower Health Counseling. Throughout my professional life, I have worked with multiple populations ranging from seniors to patients with complex medical conditions to the unhoused. I appreciate that partnering with my patients' support network is essential to providing whole-person care. Coordinating with my patients' healthcare providers, both medical and psychiatric, to ensure the best possible outcomes is my priority. I know how much a medical diagnosis can affect day-today life, not only from a professional perspective, but also from a personal perspective. I have been in the clinician, patient, and caregiver role and believe that experience enables me to connect with my patients on deeper level.

In addition to providing direct clinical services, I enjoy working with medical practices to develop integrated care programs and groups. I have been involved in the ground up development of multiple programs and most recently designed and implemented the integrated care program for The Medallion Program at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Interdisciplinary patient groups I have designed and co-facilitated have helped patients make improvements in both medical and behavioral health outcomes including weight, waist and neck circumference, hemoglobin A1c, depression, anxiety, self-efficacy, and weight related quality of life.

I am a second generation Arizona native and love raising my own family here. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking, reading, and playing games with my husband, two sons, and bernedoodle.
